The University of Illinois Journal of Medicine (UIJM) is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal that publishes by thematic issue. UIJM issues will focus on identifying an overarching clinical issue as well as their potential solutions. UIJM aims to publish an issue bi-annually.

UIJM does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles. We are committed to promoting open access to scientific knowledge without financial barriers for readers. We do encourage our readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for our journal.
