All that leaves us with even bigger questions: are there alternatives to the pervasive inhumane urbanisms of contemporary times? Is it possible to care for each other when care has been used to obfuscate, rationalize, and make palatable oppressions from the interiors of homes to the policies of empires? How can those who believe that another world is possible find each other? How can we permit ourselves the fearlessness to do things differently, to give new meanings to humaneness?
