The Crayfishes and Shrimps (Decapoda) of Illinois

Crayfishes and shrimps (Decapoda) are conspicuous components of the aquatic environments of Illinois. Although only 23 species are known to inhabit the state, they are among our largest aquatic invertebrates and often are present in large populations.
